MakeLocal builds and looks after websites for local businesses in Ontario, Canada. This page explains what information we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we receive what you type in: your name, email, phone number, website and message. The form sends it to us as an email. We use it only to reply to you and to talk about your project.

We don't sell or share your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use advertising or analytics trackers. The reviews shown on the homepage are public Google reviews.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Google provides the reviews and, for the sites we manage, website performance and search data.

Google data in our tools

Our internal tool, Makelocal Ops, reads Google Search Console and PageSpeed data for the client websites we manage, so we can keep them healthy. It only reads this data, and it doesn't share it with anyone. Makelocal Ops' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Keeping or deleting your information

Messages you send stay in our email. If you'd like us to delete them, email [email protected] and we'll do it.
